You need to make a batch file(ie, .bat extension) with the following lines in it..
@echo off :1 start C:\Progra~1\Intern~1\iexplore.exe “http://yoursite.com“ ping -n 10 127.0.0.1 >nul taskkill.exe /im iexplore.exe goto 1
you can change the value ‘10′ time wait.
